so instead, i decided to upload some art. create more art. and relax with some green tea with honey (honey is good for the intestines =O; no im not that weird, i just thought i'd add that for the heck of it). for those who do not know, i am not much of a coffee drinker for the following reasons: 1. it gives you weird breath 2. it doesnt help me much at all even though im not a frequent caffeine user and 3. green tea tastes so much more refreshing and better.
take that coffee addicts!
maybe its because i've lived in china too long. yeah, i think so too.
other than that i must say, the last few moments of high school are really trying to kill me. its amazing how grim situations can get even though i was reassured by so many people that 2nd semester of senior year would be better... oh gosh... a very fitting situation for reciting "cry of the deceived"
interestingly though, in my report card the chinese teacher wrote "Robert is hard working and focused; he is determined to achieve a high grade"
this made me laugh a lot. in fact, i havent laughed this hard for a long time. in case you are still wondering why, i will tell you. as far as false statements go, i think those can top the charts in all history. let me explain to you with this anecdote.
me and my friend mchang both detest chinese homework. we often procrastinate so much we hand in assignments a month or two after the deadline. and we only do so the week before report cards come out. and if that wasnt bad enough, we actually see her on the day she is meant to send out grades in and we ask her for an extension.
number of homework assignments given semester 1: roughly 20
number i handed in: 19 (i got away with one thanks to the mchang-robert tag team duet - we argued our way out of doing it)
number handed in on time: <1
number handed in one class late: roughly10
number handed in two classes late: roughly 5
number handed in VERY late: 2~3
i guess im dedicated to get that grade since i actually did make up homework, but i think she might have been delirious while writing report card comments. but it works to my advantage - my dad normally pwns me if i get bad comments - so THANK YOU MS WU! i benefit from your confusion!
